Yoga is for Everybody

Yoga can help you develop greater body awareness, improve balance and posture, and increase strength and flexibility.

But that is only one part of yoga. If you choose to delve a little deeper into your practice, yoga has the ability to transform your life – mind, body, and spirit.

Yoga is YOUR practice and yours alone. My mission is to guide your yoga practice in a way that works for you, in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. Yoga is truly for everybody, of every age, shape, size, and ability.

My offerings are wide-ranging and multifaceted. I offer in-studio Yin Yang and Hatha Flow classes, as well as Zoom Yin/Restorative classes. I hold regular women's one-day retreats, and often partner with other organizations and wellness practitioners to host special one-time offerings.

I also teach Chair Yoga, breathwork, and offer private or group classes on request.
