We all have two types of energy - yin and yang. Yin is slow, cool, and passive while yang is all about movement, warmth, and activity. In this class, we spend the first half building heat in the body by moving through a series of standing and balancing poses. The second half of the class is a deep stretch, targeting the body's connective tissues before finally making our way into Savasana. If you are craving rest and movement, some flow and some slow, this class is for you. Perfect for beginners or anyone simply looking for a slower-paced class that will leave you feeling peaceful and at ease in both body and mind.
Class dates are Mondays from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm on September 15, 22, 29, and October 6, 13, and 20.
