ZOOM Yin/Restorative
This is an event series

Find stillness and calm as you experience the benefits of two types of yoga - yin and restorative - from the comfort of your own home. We begin with yin poses that target your body's connective tissues - joints, ligaments, and fascia. We then move into restorative poses, using props to cradle your body so that you can experience a state of deep relaxation. Poses are combined with deep breathing for a peaceful, mellow practice.

Recommended props: a yoga bolster or couch cushion, 2 yoga blocks or thick books, and a folded blanket. I also recommend having a couple of additional toss cushions available for this class.

Class dates are Wednesdays from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm November 12, 19, 26 and December 3, 10 and 17.

Please note: the November 26 class will be from 6:00-7:00 pm, and the December 3 class will be a recording only (no live class).
