Find stillness and calm as you experience the benefits of two types of yoga - yin and restorative. We begin with yin poses that target your body's connective tissues - joints, ligaments, and fascia. We then move into restorative poses, using props to cradle your body so that you can experience a state of deep relaxation. Poses are combined with deep breathing for a peaceful, mellow practice.
Class dates: Thursdays from 7:00 to 8:00 pm on March 14, 21, 28, and April 4, 11 and 18.
Please kindly note: As this is a scheduled series of classes, and the studio has limited space, I am unfortunately unable to offer makeup classes or refund fees for client absences. Should you have to miss an in-person class, I will send you a recording of the class that may be used within 7 days.
Cost: $66 ($11/class)
