I am excited and honoured to invite you to a special event I'm co-hosting on March 7th, 2026. An Elemental Gathering is a collaboration between Astrologer Kelsey Dawn, Spinal Flow Practitioner Tanice Mattice, and me, Breathwork Teacher Lynne Bereza.

We will gather at the beautiful and serene Reverie Lane, near High Bluff, MB, to reconnect with the elemental forces - earth, air, fire, and water. This is your opportunity to unplug from the daily rush and deeply connect with yourself and nature.

For an investment of only $111, you will receive a guided breathwork session, spinal flow treatment, astrology consultation, use of a wood-fired sauna, and time in nature.

Two time slots are available - 11:00 am to 2:00 pm or 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm - to suit your schedule.

What is Breathwork?

Circular breathwork is a type of connected breathing that involves breathing in and out through the mouth in a circular pattern, creating a connection between the physical, mental, and emotional bodies.

It has been shown to have numerous benefits for physical and mental well-being by stimulating the body’s natural healing mechanisms, activating the parasympathetic nervous system, and releasing built-up tension and stress.

What is Spinal Flow?

Spinal Flow is a gentle, hands-on modality designed to release stress and blockages in the spine and nervous system, promoting holistic healing.
