In this class, we spend the first half building heat in the body by moving through a series of standing and balancing poses. The second half of the class is a deep stretch, targeting the body's connective tissues before finally making our way into Savasana. If you are craving rest and movement, some flow and some slow, this class is for you. Perfect for beginners or anyone simply looking for a slower-paced class that will leave you feeling peaceful and at ease in both body and mind.
Class dates are Mondays from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm on January 12, 19, 26, February 2, 23 and March 2. (No classes February 9 or 16th.)

Find stillness and calm as you experience the benefits of two types of yoga - yin and restorative - from the comfort of your own home. We begin with yin poses that target your body's connective tissues - joints, ligaments, and fascia. We then move into restorative poses, using props to cradle your body so that you can experience a state of deep relaxation. Poses are combined with deep breathing for a peaceful, mellow practice.
Recommended props: a yoga bolster or couch cushion, 2 yoga blocks or thick books, and a folded blanket. I also recommend having a couple of additional toss cushions available for this class.
Class dates are Wednesdays from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm January 14, 21, 28, February 4, 25 and March 4. (No classes February 11 and 18.)

This flow class is open to all levels, but familiarity with basic yoga poses is recommended. After a gentle warmup, students will move through a series of sun salutations, connecting each movement to their breath. We will then build strength with standing poses, balancing postures and core work. While this dynamic class will create heat and energy in the body, modifications will be given for all poses, allowing the student to make their practice more or less challenging.
Class dates are Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:30 pm on January 15, 22, 29, February 5, 26, and March 5. (No classes February 12 or 19.)

Join me for a half-day women's retreat where you will relax your mind and body, experience the power of circular breathwork, and come away feeling lighter and with a renewed sense of self. In addition to the breathwork session, we will enjoy gentle yoga, meditation, and time for journalling and discussion in a safe, supportive environment. An Elemental Gathering is a collaboration between Astrologer Kelsey Dawn, Spinal Flow Practitioner Tanice Mattice, and Breathwork Teacher Lynne Bereza.
We will gather at the beautiful and serene Reverie Lane to reconnect with the elemental forces - earth, air, fire, and water. This is your opportunity to unplug from the daily rush and deeply connect with yourself and nature.
For an investment of only $111, you will receive a guided breathwork session, spinal flow treatment, astrology consultation, use of a wood-fired sauna, and time in nature.
Select either the morning flow (11 am to 2 pm) or the afternoon flow (3 pm to 6 pm).
