Breeze Yoga Spring 2026 Session

First, thank you to everyone who reached out to offer good wishes following my recent eye injury, resulting in the cancellation of the last two classes of the most recent yoga session. Having a torn retina is pretty serious, but I was lucky to be treated quickly and successfully with laser and was able to avoid surgery. I've healed well and am ready to resume my regular yoga schedule. I have missed you all and can't wait to get back onto the mat!
So, registration is OPEN for the Breeze Yoga Spring yoga series. If you were part of the last session, you will have a credit in your account that can be applied to this (or any future) session - make sure you deduct it from your payment! (Please note - the credit is not for the full session, just for the classes missed - if you received an email saying otherwise, please disregard.)
And if you haven't been to yoga for awhile, spring is a wonderful time to pick it up again! As the weather warms, the days get longer, and we begin looking forward to getting outside. Yoga is a great way to limber up for your favourite summer activities. Your body will appreciate a few weeks of regular yoga before jumping into gardening, biking, hiking, golf, or whatever you love to do!
Here are the details of the spring session:
Schedule:
Yin Yang - in-studio only
Mondays: 5:30 – 6:30 pm (starts March 23)
Tuesdays: 10:30 – 11:30 am (starts March 24)
Hatha Flow - in-studio only
Thursdays: 5:30 – 6:30 pm (starts March 26)
Yin Restorative - Zoom only
Wednesdays: 7:00 – 8:00 pm (Zoom - starts March 25)
Class Recordings: Does your schedule make it difficult to attend live classes? You can sign up for recordings only. A recording (available for 7 days) will be sent to you each week during the session.

Cost
One (1) class per 6-week session - $72 ($12/class)
Two (2) classes per 6-week session - $132 ($11/class)
All three (3) classes per 6-week session - $180 ($10/class)
Recordings only - $36 ($6/class)

Q & A
What class should I take?
Full class descriptions can be found at https://www.breeze-yoga.ca/offerings. If you are unsure, reach out to me at l.bereza@shaw.ca and I'll help you find your class. In general:
Yin Restorative - This is a combination of deep stretching and restful poses. It is all done either seated or lying down. Suitable for everybody.
Hatha Flow - An energetic class, with mostly standing poses that focus on balance and strength and combining movement with breath. A bit of yoga experience is recommended.
Yin Yang - A combination of Yin Restorative and Hatha Flow - the perfect blend if you are looking for a well-balanced class. Suitable for everybody.
Where are classes held?
In-studio classes are held at Just Be Wellness Studio at 165 Saskatchewan Avenue E. (rear entrance). Doors open 15 minutes before class.
What if I miss a class?
I provide recordings for all missed classes; recordings are available for 7 days.
Please note: There will be no refunds for classes missed or carry-overs to the next session.
Do you accept drop-ins?
I occasionally accept drop-ins if space is available. The drop-in fee is $15.00/class. Drop-ins must pre-register.
