
This flow class is open to all levels, but familiarity with basic yoga poses is recommended. After a gentle warmup, students will move through a series of sun salutations, connecting each movement to their breath. We will then build strength with standing poses, balancing postures and core work. While this dynamic class will create heat and energy in the body, modifications will be given for all poses, allowing the student to make their practice more or less challenging.
Class dates are Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:30 pm on November 13, 20 and 27 and December 4, 11 and 18.

(Please kindly note: As this is a scheduled series of classes, and the studio has limited space, I am unfortunately unable to offer makeup classes or refund fees for client absences.)
